CyLock exceeds EUR 800,000 investment

‘We do not want to provide another dashboard for security specialists. We have radically changed the perspective from a vulnerability management dashboard to a tool that offers concrete solutions to stop hacker attacks,’ says Diego Padovan.

The CyLock team created and developed the EVA software, designed to allow both specialised and non-specialised cybersecurity personnel to test IT systems. EVA represents the first extended vulnerability assessment, going beyond traditional testing with solutions aimed at closing the door to hacker attacks. This is especially significant in an era where the shortage of cybersecurity experts makes organisations more vulnerable, with damages estimated at $6 trillion a year.

‘We are excited to have invested in CyLock, a startup that intends to redesign cybersecurity by introducing an automated tool, ready to be applied in any context and suitable for everyone,’ comments Riccardo D’Alessandri.

‘This further investment in CyLock shows how, through the programmes of the National Accelerator Network of CDP Venture Capital, we want to support the growth of start-ups specialising in different market areas. CyLock has developed a concrete technology that offers a cybersecurity solution that is also accessible to non-specialised personnel, extending protection against digital threats and protecting organisations‘ IT infrastructures,’ concludes Stefano Molino.
